We offer a 30-day return period on all orders, excluding items purchased from our Archive Sale. To be eligible, returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Both returns and exchanges are available for online and in-store purchases.

Archive Sale

Products purchased from our Archive Sale are on final markdown and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are unable to retroactively honour any Archive Sale discounts on previously purchased items.

How to return or exchange your order:

Enter your order number (this can be found in your confirmation email) and email address, then click “Get Started".
Select the item(s) from your order that you would like to return / exchange and tell us why.
Choose whether you’d like to exchange your order or return it for a refund or store credit. If you’re exchanging, please select ‘Shop Now”, then choose the item you’re swapping to.
Once you have reviewed your return, click ‘submit return’. Our system will then generate a shipping label.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original box (or suitable packaging) and attach the shipping label.
Drop your parcel off at your nearest post office.

Please note that our warehouse team may take up to 10 business days to review and process your return.

In-store returns:

You’re more than welcome to return / exchange your online order at one of our stores. Just make sure your items are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
